RMS began operations in January of 1996. The founder, Robert C. Dunham, established RMS after working for ten years for a third party collection agency. RMS services collection accounts for some of the the nation's largest credit issuing organizations and bad debt buyers.

RMSgrew from a small 5 collector shop into a medium size agency employing over 100 collectors in just 5 years. The growth is a direct result of the quality of collector and management team that has been built. Collectors enjoy the unlimited commission opportunity that can be earned each month.
